Internet fraud is on the rise and criminals are getting more and more skilled in creating seemingly authentic copycat websites and documents. We have all heard about reports regarding scams in other industries. Unfortunately, the hospitality industry and thus the timeshare industry is no exception. Here at El Cid Vacations Club, YOU have a team behind you ready to help, support and solve any situation at hand.

We have recently detected a wave of unauthorized and illegitimate emails being sent to ECVC members offering discounts on their loan. This fraud is sent via an ACCOUNTING EL CID RESORTS email, which is in no way or form a part of El Cid or El Cid Vacations Club. NEVER SEND/WIRE/TRANSFER MONEY TO AN ACCOUNT WHERE THE BENEFICIARY IS NOT EL CID VACATIONS CLUB

Congratulations on many exciting, memorable and enjoyable vacations in the years to come.  It is very important to become familiar with the rules of the program which you will find in your Updated ECVC Membership Guide/Directory (available for downloaded here).  From time to time ECVC may make modifications to the content of this guide.  Notice will be given via this landing page or other means such as email notifications or posts on other media channels.  When modifications are made to the guide, the entire member base is considered and the changes are made in order to benefit the member base as a whole.  Changes to this content include but may not be limited to rules, regulations, guidelines, design, photographs, maps, charts, schedules and wording of its text.  Future updated versions of this guide will be made available for download in a similar manner.
