TripAdvisor’s 2019 Certificate of Excellence

El Cid Vacations Club, a staple of México’s hospitality and cultural experiences, is thrilled to announce that all of its seven hotels in all 3 Mexican destinations,  along with two specialty restaurants  in Mazatlan have been recognized with the 2019 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site. These certificates are based on the consistently great reviews earned on the site. Only a small percentage of establishments achieve this international award, which honors hospitality businesses that deliver outstanding service, quality and top notch experiences.

This designation is presented to approximately 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor that have achieved great reviews over the past 12 months.

It is important to mention that two hotels and two restaurants located in Mazatlán, El Cid Marina Beach Hotel, El Cid Granada Hotel, La Concha and La Marina restaurants obtained the Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame, a special recognition to businesses that have received a Certificate of Excellence for five consecutive years.

Member Guide/Directory Content

Congratulations on many exciting, memorable and enjoyable vacations in the years to come.  It is very important to become familiar with the rules of the program which you will find in your Updated ECVC Membership Guide/Directory (available for downloaded here).  From time to time ECVC may make modifications to the content of this guide.  Notice will be given via this landing page or other means such as email notifications or posts on other media channels.  When modifications are made to the guide, the entire member base is considered and the changes are made in order to benefit the member base as a whole.  Changes to this content include but may not be limited to rules, regulations, guidelines, design, photographs, maps, charts, schedules and wording of its text.  Future updated versions of this guide will be made available for download in a similar manner.
